No, we did not forget this important day: as of January the 14th, Mininova is two years old! 
We’ve had a very interesting year, with lots of changes. In our blogpost announcing the first anniversary of Mininova, I said we were going to work on a new design. It took a while, but since Christmas the new layout is live. 
In May we broke the 400 million torrent downloads mark, and a week ago the impressive number of 1 billion torrent downloads!
Apart from the other staff members, this would have been impossible without you (as a Mininova user), the moderating team and so many more people!
I would like to thank you for using Mininova and please stay tuned for the next big milestone!

One of your ads at the right column at the main page contain a downloader trojan. I think it’s the one that advertises chatmates or women.
Why is it all i see here are compliments?….When many that are getting the shaft ,get nothing but a blank page. I had no problem until the upgrade. SO LONG MININOVA

My stupid friend (who originally got me into torrents) laughed at me back in 2005 because i stumbled across this up-and-coming torrent site by the name of “mininova”!. He exclaimed how “s**t” the site is & other nonsensical garbage. I defended this site and said “Dude, this is going to be the next Suprnova, perhaps even bigger!!”. I have been using this site ever since. Now I’m laughing in his face because Mininova is the best torrent site to have ever existed. I’m pretty sure he secretly uses this site, regretting everything he ever said about Mininova.

When are you going to remove that fucking annoying hilighting of the torrent under the mouse pointer? it seriously eats up processor time and slows the browser to almost a halt. Like virtually all websites out there you’ve chosen style over content and usability - turn the fucking thing off!!!!!
